Coach Lamar Pinson
Meet the coach leading The Protocol. A program refined over six years and built from firsthand experience rather than theory. He needed it long before he ever taught it, and it did not exist.

Coach Lamar Pinson grew up knowing exactly what to do. A Christ-centered home, two parents in ministry, five brothers. He knew the Word before he could drive. And in his twenties he never denied a word of it out loud. He just lived like none of it was true. Partying, women, weed. By 2014 he was sleeping on a floor and driving Uber full-time to survive. Lost, and living significantly beneath who God designed him to be. It was there, in the very place God designed to humble him, that he finally listened to the call. For the first time in his life he answered, and gave his life to God on purpose. That is where Lamar left his Egypt and began the years it would take to cross his Red Sea. Not long after, he lost the car, the only income he had, and started training people instead. A single direction, sovereignly ordered. That decision became a six-figure coaching company, thousands of people served, and a move abroad to Medellín with no Spanish and no one waiting for him.
Over a decade of coaching has followed. Coach Lamar has been featured by Bodybuilding.com, spoken at live events, appeared as a guest on numerous podcasts, and hosts his own. He has coached across a wide spectrum of clients, from business mentorship and marital coaching to men’s development and high-performance leadership. He started The Protocol in 2021 as a physical and mindset program, and it worked. Men came in scattered and left clear. But two years of hearing the same thing after the results landed forced a change. Bodies rebuilt. Minds renewed. Spirits still empty. So in 2023 he put the third pillar in and stopped dividing what God never divided. That is why the program is built the way it is, and why he will not run it any other way. He is not handing you a framework he studied. He is guiding you through the Red Sea God walked him through. Like Moses, he desires to be used by God in your life, to lead you through your wilderness and into your promised land, so you become the man God designed you to be.
